Welcome to our FTP upload service : 
Image Preperation : Files MUST be: TIFF - RGB - 8 or 16 bit files - flattened - NO profiles attached - saved as an IBM TIFF. There is a $15 fee if you leave us with extensive computer work and is charged on a case by case basis, for recording. There is no extra charge for large files and we suggest the biggest file possible. DOWNLOAD wsftp if you need an FTP client.

You have 2 ways to get files to us. Send us a CD with the files, or simply upload the files directly to us. You will have to obtain an FTP program, we use WsFTP but you can use any one of your choosing.
The procedure is as follows;
Profile name: digitalsilver
Host name/address: ftp.filmrecording.net
Host type: Auto detect
User ID: check Anonymous
Password: 'V' or leave blank
When you sign on you will see a folder "incoming" . Double-click on this file.
The remote window will now be blank. "COPY" the write-up file text 
to "WORD" and save it in a named file with your images. Now transfer your files. Be sure to put your images in a "named" file (your name).
NOTE: When your upload is finished, You will not see your uploaded files. If you have made a mistake with your files you will have to upload it again.
Send us an email 
that you have uploaded a job order, we don't always check the upload file.
